Loic Lagarde is a futurist and strategy consultant with working experience all across the world both in developed and emerging countries. Whether for public or private organizations, Loic has focused on projects at the intersection of science, technology, business and policy.
While at the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics, Loic co-developed a methodology for long-term thinking and planning. His work was inspired by the scenario planning approach developed at Royal Dutch Shell in the 1970′s and currently employed by several consulting companies like GBN.
Loic holds a Masters in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a diplome d’Ingénieur from the Ecole Polytechnique.
